AZO PMS® is formulated with a natural anti-bloating herbal diuretic blend that will help reduce bloating and water retention quickly, as well as a calming botanical blend that will help reduce irritability and mood swings associated with premenstrual syndrome (PMS). AZO PMS® also contains a blend of B vitamins, as well as calcium and magnesium, which can help reduce stress and irritability.*

AZO PMS® contains no milk ingredients, synthetic dyes or colors, preservatives, artificial flavors, yeast, wheat, or gluten.
- Directions for use

Take two (2) caplets every four to six hours as needed. Do not exceed six (6) caplets per day. Do not take for more than 10 consecutive days.

Not for use by persons under the age of 18. If pregnant, nursing a baby, or taking a prescription drug, ask a health professional prior to use. Do not exceed recommended dose. Excessive consumption may impair ability to drive or operate heavy equipment. Not recommended for consumption with alcoholic beverages.
Tamper evident: caplets sealed in blisters. Do not use if blister foil or seal is open or damaged. Because this is an all-natural product, caplet color may vary.
