Occasional Bladder Control Issues
Having occasional trouble controlling your bladder?
Statistics show that depending on age, between 30 and 50% of American women experience bladder control problems on occasion—a frequent urge to urinate, sudden urges to go to the bathroom, and the dreaded nighttime wakeups.‡‡‡ From severe issues requiring medical intervention like urinary incontinence or overactive bladder to less severe occasional urgency loss of bladder control comes in many forms. And, unfortunately can be inconvenient and embarrassing. It can even impact your overall health and wellbeing.
Occasional bladder control issues occur with weakened pelvic floor muscles and nerves.1 This can be caused by a number of factors – anything from natural aging to pregnancy and menopause. Even weight gain can contribute to the issue.
